DISPATCH DATES

Our website allows you to select a dispatch date at checkout via the calendar from our available dispatch dates. Please ensure you select a dispatch / pick up date at checkout. If no date is selected, your order will be refunded.

POSTAGE

All orders are sent via express post through Australia post. Postage starts at $17.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

We take full care when handling your cookies and do everything to prevent the possibility of any damages. Once they have been picked up or dispatched, we do not take responsibility for damages including postage handling. We do not take responsibility for postal delays or lost packages - postage is at your own risk.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are confirmed once a deposit has been paid. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking, and full payment must be made 14 days prior to the agreed pick up or dispatch date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. All cookies are baked fresh and are custom made for each individual order. 

ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to accommodate alterations to cookies within 14 days of the agreed pick up or dispatch date. We are also unable to offer cancellations within 14 days of the pick up or dispatch date. If you wish to cancel before this date, your deposit will not be refunded.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We reserve the right to use photos of our creations across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you don't want us to share your cookies, this must be specified at the time of placing the order.

ALLERGENS

While we take all precautions to ensure cross-contamination does not occur, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to this risk and to not hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.
